Out Of Sight Out Of Mind

The title refers to the adage, ”out of sight our of mind”,  what is not seen does not exist. The film is compiled of cuts from a famous science fiction movie trilogy. We have worked with the pixelated protection code for commercial dvd-productions. The protection code for purchases and movie rentals. When the film was first shown on TV Gallery in Moscow in 2001 we presented it as an interactive videoinstallation where the film jumps between two monitors positioned in the opposite direction in the room depending on how people move in the room. OOSOOM has been shown at media festivals of Europe and in various screening context. Recently in the filmprogram Reverberation at Zita in Stockholm 2012 produced by FiS /Film in Contempory art and at Trollhättans Konsthall the exhibition Tankegångar 2014.
